Question 1: From the previous introduction, we can know that you have been working in Sidite for nearly 9 years. What makes you work in the same company for so long time?


Answer  1: There are two sides to this question.

From the perspective of the company:

1, Sidite's working atmosphere is very comfortable. And get along well with colleagues.

2, The platform of Sidite can provide me with more customers and better sales performance.

3,The good quality of products.

From my own point of view:

1,I have accumulated a lot of solar technology knowledge after working in Sidite for so many years. 

2,The other reason is that I have the deeply emotion to Sidite. It went through myself working growth.

Question 2: You are engaged in solar trade for many years. How many countries you have do business with? And how to maintain a long-term relationship with customers?What tips can be taught?

 

Answer 2: Such as Russia, Argentina, Brazil, Finland, Ulkraine, Netherlands, Morocco, Kenya...

As for the tips of long-term cooperation,

1,the high quality of products.

2,be integrity to do the business.

3,a sincere heart.

This sincere heart is mainly divided into two aspects:

1, In the cooperation process of each business, there will always be a variety of small problems. What we need to do is to assistant customers and solve the problems together.

2, As usual to make friends with sincere,simple heart to talk, Run a common goal, do business for a long time, achieve win-win.

Question 3: As a foreign trade salesman, business trip is inevitable. How do you keep your job and your family together?


Answer  3: When talk about my family, I always feel that I owe too much to my family. Working performance from ordinary to samll harvest, thanks to my wife's company all the way.   I put more energy into my work, and business trip. Thanks for my wife's understanding and  takes the responsibility of family on her own. To make our little home full of sound and colour.


It's not easy being a salesman.
